Gate hours are 6AM to 11PM, seven days a week at both locations. At the Arlington location only, approved commercial tenants receive 24/7 gate access. Granbury is recreational storage only — 6AM to 11PM daily.
Your unique personal gate code is assigned during the online move-in process. You can also view and update your gate code anytime by logging into your tenant account. If you've forgotten your code, call us and we'll help right away.

Our 2026 move-in special applies your move-in for just $1 on select units. The discount is applied automatically during checkout. Availability is limited — reserve now or call us to confirm a unit is available.

As a general guide: motorcycles and ATVs typically fit a 10×10 or 10×15; boats and jet skis on trailers generally need a 10×20 to 10×30; RVs, motorhomes, and fifth wheels typically need a 10×35 to 10×50 or larger. See our Size Guide or call us and we'll point you to the right size.
Our Granbury location has nearly 60 HD security cameras covering the entire property. Our Arlington location features HD cameras, 360-degree perimeter fencing, and electronic gated entry. All access requires a personal gate code — no unauthorized entry is possible.
Yes — security cameras at both locations record continuously around the clock, not just during access hours. Your vehicle is being monitored whether you're there or not.
Tenant protection insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for some unit types. Coverage options are presented during move-in. Your existing homeowner's or auto insurance may also extend to stored vehicles — worth checking with your provider before move-in.
Pay online anytime through the tenant portal using a debit or credit card. You can also set up autopay through your tenant account so you never miss a payment. Call us if you prefer to pay another way.
A late fee applies after the grace period in your lease. Continued non-payment may suspend gate access and eventually result in a lien process per Texas state law. Setting up autopay is the easiest way to avoid any interruption.
Yes — autopay is available through your online tenant account. It's the simplest way to ensure your storage is always paid and your gate access stays active without thinking about it.
Yes. All Vanguard leases are month-to-month — no long-term contracts, no commitment beyond your current billing period. Store for a season or for years — completely flexible.
Strictly prohibited items include: hazardous or flammable materials (fuel, propane, chemicals), explosives or ammunition, live animals or plants, perishable food, illegal items or controlled substances, stolen property, and anything posing a fire, health, or safety risk. Vehicles must have no fuel leaks or safety hazards.
In most cases yes — inoperable vehicles are welcome as long as they have no fuel leaks or hazardous conditions. Contact us before move-in to discuss your situation so we can confirm there are no issues.
Minor maintenance is allowed — including checking (not changing) fluids, cleaning, and airing up tires. Fluid changes, major mechanical work, painting, welding, or anything involving open flames or hazardous materials is not permitted. When in doubt, call us first.
Household items are not allowed in parking spaces at either location. However, our Arlington facility offers enclosed storage units that can accommodate household items. Call (817) 572-4000 for Arlington unit availability and pricing.
Commercial storage is available at our Arlington location only. Arlington offers 24/7 gate access for commercial clients — ideal for contractor vehicles, fleet storage, equipment, and business inventory. Remove all belongings, ensure the unit is clean and empty, and notify us by phone or through your online tenant account. You can also message us from the Contact page. No extended notice period required — just ensure you're paid up for the current month.
Deposits (if applicable) are returned after your unit is vacated, inspected, and confirmed clean and undamaged. Contact us after move-out and we'll walk you through the refund process and timeline.
Units must be completely empty on move-out. Items left behind after a lease ends may result in removal fees. If you have a special situation, please contact us before your move-out date so we can work something out.
