Vanguard RV and Boat Storage — Arlington & Granbury, TX
Last updated: February 2026
By renting a storage unit, using this website, or otherwise engaging with Vanguard RV and Boat Storage ("Vanguard," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
Vanguard provides outdoor and indoor vehicle and general storage services at two locations in Texas: 7425 U.S. 287 Frontage Rd, Arlington, TX 76001 and 6800 W US Hwy 377, Granbury, TX 76476. Rental terms, pricing, and availability are established at the time of lease execution through our online Rental Center.
All storage leases are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice per your lease agreement.
The following are strictly prohibited at all Vanguard facilities:
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate lease termination and removal of stored property at the tenant's expense.
Standard tenant gate access hours are 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Commercial tenants approved for extended access may access the Arlington facility 24/7. Gate codes are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your gate code with unauthorized individuals is a violation of your lease agreement.
Monthly storage fees are due on the date specified in your lease agreement. A late fee will be applied after the expiration of any applicable grace period. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of gate access and, ultimately, a lien sale of stored property in accordance with Texas state law governing self-storage facilities.
Vanguard RV and Boat Storage maintains security cameras and electronic gate access to deter theft and vandalism. However, Vanguard does not guarantee the security of stored property and is not liable for theft, damage, fire, flood, acts of nature, or other loss of stored property. Tenants are strongly encouraged to maintain adequate insurance coverage for stored vehicles and property. Vanguard's liability, if any, shall not exceed the total monthly rent paid in the month in which any loss occurred.
Tenant protection insurance may be required for certain unit types and is strongly recommended for all tenants. Options are presented during the move-in process. Your existing homeowner's, renter's, or auto insurance policy may also extend coverage to stored property — we encourage you to verify this with your insurance provider before move-in.
To terminate your lease, remove all property from the unit, ensure it is clean and empty, and notify Vanguard by phone or through your online tenant account. Units left with property after lease termination, or where rent is unpaid for an extended period, may be subject to the Texas Self Storage Facility Act lien and auction process.
